Colony Deed is an object that summons a Tenant NPC. They can be purchased from Frögg Furnishing in the Outpost for pixels. When placed on a background wall, the Colony Deed scans the area to see if it meets the basic requirements for summoning a Tenant. The area must be a fully-enclosed space.
