Torrent download stuck on 0

Deleted torrent/files and re-added, same deal. I checked for updates, downloaded/installed latest version, tried again and same deal. I've added files earlier tonight and later and all work fine. What's odd is that it seems to be downloading and showing a download speed. It's an GB file, but, after 30+ minutes at kB/s the % should. Most of my torrents just don't download; stuck at 0% I've been downloading torrents on utorrent for many years, but since a couple of days now, most of the torrents I download just won't go past 0%.
